C. Hernandez was born and raised in New York, I’ve always loved exploring new places and learning from different cultures. I’ve traveled to a few countries so far, but my list is still growing—I’m always curious to see and experience more of the world.

I’m a designer and creator of experiences that feel as good as they function. My background in creative consulting has shaped the way I approach design: listening deeply, solving problems with empathy, and designing with clear intention.

With a Fine Arts degree from City College and a lifelong passion for digital media, graphic design, and animation, I bring both artistry and strategy into every project. Whether it’s crafting intuitive interfaces, shaping brand identities, or guiding user research, my goal is to create work that balances creativity with purpose. This passion for meaningful design is what led me to advance my career into UI/UX design and join TripleTen to sharpen my skills and reach that goal.
